At Ledges State Park, it’s birdwatching at its laziest – perfect for summer! This month’s centennial birding program, led by local bird expert Karl J, will be the easiest one yet. We’ll meet at the Canyon entrance gates in the Oak Woods Picnic Area then take a short walk down the canyon hill and sit for a spell, seeing how many birds we can find in that one location from our “perch”! Bring binoculars, bug spray, water, snacks and dress appropriately for the weather. All ages are welcome!
