Start the New Year off outdoors with a First Day Hike at Ledges State Park! Meet at the Oak Woods Picnic Area in the upper Ledges at 10:30am. Park staff will lead visitors along Canyon Drive down into the heart of the Ledges canyon. This short hike will be along a paved roadway that is closed to vehicles, but it will include a long downhill and then the same uphill hike to return to the starting point. Following the hike, join Friends of the Ledges at the park office for a free will donation chili feed. All proceeds go directly back into projects and programs at Ledges State Park!
